Meet Rebecca

I’ve lived in Woodinville for 12 years and in Washington State for over two decades. I walk my dog on our trails, I’ve raised my family here, and both my kids graduated from Woodinville High School. This city is my home, and it’s at a moment of change. I’m running because I want to help guide that change with intention, care, and equity.

After a career in tech, I stepped back to focus on my family. That decision led me to advocacy work and deeper public service. In 2018, I became a full-time volunteer with Moms Demand Action for Gun Sense in America, and as Washington’s Chapter Lead, I helped grow statewide volunteer teams, supported community partners, and worked with elected leaders to pass policies that save lives.

That experience taught me how to listen, lead, and organize toward solutions that put people first. I know how to collaborate across differences, stay grounded in facts, and show up for the communities most impacted by complex challenges.

I’m running for City Council because, like many of you, I believe in safe neighborhoods, smart growth, housing options for every stage of life, and a local government that listens.

Priorities for Woodinville

  • Rebecca is committed to keeping Woodinville a place where people can live at every stage of life. That means protecting affordability—not just for young families, but for older adults who want to age in place, stay connected to their community, and avoid being pushed out by rising costs. She supports smart growth policies that balance housing needs with the character of our neighborhoods, helping reduce urban sprawl while keeping Woodinville rooted and strong.

  • Whether it's getting to work, school, or enjoying Woodinville’s natural beauty, Rebecca supports expanding accessible and sustainable transportation options. She will advocate for safe walking and biking routes, improved public transit, and well-maintained trail systems that serve residents of all ages and abilities.

  • Rebecca believes every resident deserves to feel safe in their home and neighborhood. With years of leadership in gun violence prevention, she brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to community safety. Rebecca will work closely with local law enforcement, first responders, and residents to support safety solutions that are rooted in prevention, transparency, and trust.

Rebecca is ready to bring thoughtful, community-first leadership to Woodinville—but she can’t do it without your help. Your donation powers a campaign focused on public safety, access to trails and transportation, and affordable housing for all. Every contribution makes a difference!
